Today's check-in
Your employer never sees this
Personal for the employee, paid for by work
The Endor app
A daily check-in across five areas: body, mind, feelings, energy and presence. The app suggests a practice that fits the day. On iPhone and Android.
Expert content and programs
Breathwork, meditation, movement, sleep and stress management from Endor's experts. Short sessions that fit a working day, and programs that run over time.
The Guide
An AI guide in the app that answers questions and suggests practices. With consent, it reads your check-ins and measurements. It gives no medical advice.
Polar 360
In the large package, every employee is offered a Polar 360 at no extra cost: a screenless band that measures sleep, heart rate and HRV.
Sleep, brain health and breathing, with Endor's own experts
Learn, practice and follow your own measurements in the app. Course choices and measurements are never shared with the employer.

| Medical advice | No | It varies |
| The employer sees the conversation | Never | Not applicable |
I sleep badly before big deadlines. What should I do?
Your sleep has been shorter the last three nights, and your check-in shows low energy. Try a short breathing practice before bed tonight. It's ready in the app.

Questions
What does it cost the employee?
Nothing. The employer pays per employee per year.
Does the employer see what each person does?
No. The employer sees group figures from the check-ins week by week, only when enough people have checked in. Never one person's answers, and never sleep, heart rate or HRV.
How do employees get access?
With an invitation to their work email, with a link to take up their access.
Do employees need a watch?
No, the app works without one. Polar connects directly, Apple Watch through Apple Health and Android watches through Health Connect. In the large package, every employee is offered a Polar 360 at no extra cost.
What is the difference between the packages?
The small package gives employees the Endor app, and you invite them and see seats in the dashboard. The large one adds group figures week by week, the Slack app, pulse check-ins and a Polar 360 for every employee who wants one.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per employee per year, ex VAT. The company pays for a fixed number of seats, one year up front.
Is the Guide a doctor?
No. The Guide gives no medical advice and makes no diagnoses.
